NEWS: Important Update

THINGS ARE CHANGING
We’ve learned a lot in the last year and now we know what’s achievable. The Skatehouse is getting an upgrade, but we’re going to take things down a gear. The skate-trips will be a little less boisterous, but the down-time will be much more luxurious.

The 2015 Skatehouse was non-stop gnar, skating all day, every day with lots of driving – if you could hack it. The 2016 routine will be a bit more ‘Spanish’. You’ll wake up late, kick back the terrace or pool, then head out skating from 4pm until dusk… Unless it’s a weekend, then the old rules come into effect.

We want to make world-class downhill skateboarding terrain accessible to everyone.  We strive to give our guests the best experience possible with a manageable balance between skating and relaxing. But it comes at a steep social cost to myself and Robyn. Our all-inclusive pricing deal is nonsensically priced for the amount of work that we put in. We normally turnover £2 per hour, without factoring in overheads like fuel, food and domestic energy. We do this because we want to give something to the downhill community, we aren’t in it for the money. If we were, we’d have shut-down before we opened our doors.

We are only accepting individuals, or a group of two people from now on. This will allow us to provide the best skateboarding and down-time experiences. We’ve discovered lots more exciting things to do and see in the City and we’ve refined our hill selection for all types of visitor.

GROUPS OF 2 OR MORE
We are now offering sherpa-tours. If you want to come to Granada as a large group – maximum: 5 people – you can rent separate accommodation and hire one of us a ‘Mountain Sherpa’ by the day. We’ll drive you to the best hills, shuttle your drops and man the walkie-talkies so you can get the most out of your visit.

If you have any questions, or you want to come and visit, simply send us an email.
